Adam Vinatieri happy to keep on kicking as he heads into 23rd season in NFL | NFL News

Vinatieri, 45, has 559 career field goals and needs just seven more to become the NFL’s career leader, but if he has his way, he will be around long enough to put a lot of distance between his mark and Morten Andersen’s 565.
The four-time Super Bowl winner spent 10 seasons at New England before joining the Colts in 2006.
“I love it as much today as I had when I started 23 years ago,” Vinatieri told the Colts’ website. “I’m not looking to hang them up anytime soon, unless something happens that needs to be that way.

ance Joseph  recalled last weekend that  Chad Kelly  was a “little tubby kid” when he joined the Broncos last year, a Mr. Irrelevant who was not able to play during the 2017 season while recovering from wrist surgery. Kelly has since traded meals with fried foods for dishes featuring spinach and chicken, slimming down his 6-foot-2 frame.
